Brogan McPartland is an American entrepreneur and the co-founder and CEO of Vocality Health, a startup developing voice artificial intelligence technology for medical language translation. He previously co-founded Fulltrack, an AI-powered cricket analytics platform. Vocality Health participated in Y Combinator's Winter 2025 batch.[1]
Early life and education
McPartland is from Stephens City, Virginia, where he attended Sherando High School.[2] He attended Harvard University, where he played college football as a defensive lineman for the Harvard Crimson. During his senior season in 2018, he led the team with four sacks.[3] In January 2020, he was named to the 2019 FCS Athletics Directors Association Academic All-Star Team, recognizing both his athletic and academic achievements.[4]
Career
Fulltrack
Following his graduation from Harvard, McPartland co-founded Fulltrack in 2021, an AI-powered cricket analytics platform, alongside Vivek Jayaram and Arjun Verma. Fulltrack developed technology designed to bring elite-level ball-tracking and decision review capabilities to grassroots cricket competitions. The platform attracted national media attention in the United States, with coverage from ABC News.[5] Fulltrack also conducted what was described as a groundbreaking Australian-first trial, deploying an AI-based decision review system (DRS) in a Darwin grassroots cricket competition — a technology previously available only at the professional level.[6]
Vocality Health
McPartland co-founded Vocality Health alongside Vivek Jayaram, his former Fulltrack co-founder, who serves as the company's chief technology officer. The company, which was previously known as Celebi AI and Scyther, develops AI-powered voice technology designed to eliminate language barriers in clinical settings. Its primary product is an application that enables physicians to communicate with patients in any language, replacing the need for human medical interpreters in hospitals and clinics.[7]
Hospitals in the United States spend billions of dollars annually on in-person and remote translation services, often relying on call-center-based systems that industry observers have characterized as outdated and insufficient for providing adequate care to non-English-speaking patients. Vocality Health aims to build what it describes as a highly accurate and compliant medical language translation system, operating across both voice and video modalities.[1]
In addition to its clinical interpretation product, Vocality Health offers AI-powered voice agents designed to handle patient phone calls on behalf of healthcare providers. The company was founded in 2025 and completed Y Combinator's Winter 2025 batch. It has raised $500,000 in pre-seed funding, with Y Combinator and Pioneer Fund among its investors. As of early 2026, the company had two employees. As CEO, McPartland is responsible for product and business development at Vocality Health.[1][7]
